Learning Objectives Personal assessment of the learning
process within the scheme of work. Produce a piece of non-fiction or fiction
writing.
Learning Outcomes Express considered ideas and feeling
around the issue of bullying.
Introduction Discussion – “What have we learnt
about bullying from Lisa’s No Pizza and our research?” (Record
points on a whiteboard.)
Development Write a script, a piece of prose or a poem
about a bullying incident – it could be true or fictional. It could
be written in the first or third person. This is for the class “Bully
Book”
Plenary Share the writing, by reading each other’s
work.
Differentiation Work could be recorded onto tape or on
camcorder, rather than being written down.
Assessment Marking of the written work.
Resources
• Access to computers – if going to desktop publish the completed
book or use the information for a website or pen and paper.
• Possibly tape recorder or camcorder.
Evaluation.
